SARATOGA
Is clearly for those who relish the idea of life in small town America, with the big city at arm's length. Across the serene, natural setting, two of the finest home builders will create residences of traditional singlefamily designs. Children will reap the benefits of a first-class education in the Northwest ISD, as well as a new, on-site elementary school. The real beauty of Saratoga is its sequestered pastoral setting in AllianceTexas. Yet with its location off Highway 170 and Alta Vista Drive, just east of Highway I-35W, Saratoga is near the business, shopping and entertainment centers of the Metroplex. Saratoga. It's life the way it should be.

Comfortably situated off of Highway 170 in the AllianceTexas corridor, Saratoga provides easy access to D/FW Airport, Alliance Airport, downtown Fort Worth and an array of major thoroughfares and business centers.
